Are you new to being a plant parent? ZZ plants are known to be too hard to kill, as is the Eternity plant. 

Zamioculcas Zamifolia (ZZ Plant) is one of the hardest houseplants you can grow. It can survive in almost any light conditions. ZZ Plants do fine under low light, but if they do not receive enough light, ZZ can be leggy. Avoid direct light that will scorch the leaves. Be sure not to overwater, as you can cause the roots to rot.

💧 Watering
Allow the soil to dry out well between waterings. ZZ Plants store water in their thick roots and stems, so they prefer being slightly dry rather than overwatered.

Thrives in bright, indirect light but adapts well to lower-light conditions. Avoid prolonged strong direct sunlight, which may scorch the leaves.

🌿 Care Level
Easy — one of the most low-maintenance houseplants and a great choice for beginners.

🐾 Pet Safety
Not pet-friendly. ZZ Plants are toxic to cats and dogs if chewed or ingested, so keep them safely out of reach of pets.

  • Overwatering is the most common problem

  • Yellow leaves may be a sign of excess moisture

  • Avoid letting the plant sit in standing water

  • Watch for common houseplant pests such as mealybugs and spider mites

🪴 Repotting
Repot every 2–3 years, or when the roots and rhizomes become crowded. Choose a pot only slightly larger than the current one with good drainage.

🌱 Soil
Use a loose, well-draining indoor potting mix. Adding perlite or cactus mix can help improve drainage and prevent excess moisture around the roots.

FRESH FLOWERS : We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style and colour combinations.

PLANTS : for green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another colour. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

GIFT BASKETS : Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. Substitutions for Special Occasions : Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthday, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery., if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number or email address you provided us.

Delivery, Shipping & Store Pick up Information

SPECIFIC TIME : We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within for to six hours on orders : You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

IF NO ONE IS HOME : Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. Sender must leave the recipient's local phone number so driver can reach out to the recipient for smooth delivery. 

RECIPIENT MAYBE CONTACTED : in some cases if the sender request, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Terra Plants and Flowers, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Plants 

- All plant purchases are final sale. Please reach out to us immediately if you are dissatisfied with a plant and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Non perishable merchandise

- Non perishable merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 2 weeks, if approved and is in the same condition it was purchased.

Final sales merchandise can not be returned.
