🌿 White Succulent Kitty Bowl
A little greenery with plenty of personality. Our White Succulent Kitty Bowl brings together a mix of succulents in a white cat-shaped planter, making a sweet gift for a cat lover or a cheerful addition to a bright windowsill.
☀️ Light Requirements
Place in bright light with gentle morning sun. Introduce stronger sunlight gradually, and protect from harsh afternoon sun if leaves begin to scorch. Rotate the bowl occasionally so each plant receives light.
💧 Watering & Soil
Let the soil dry out between waterings, checking beneath any decorative top layer. Water the soil directly and avoid leaving water between the leaves.
Check for a drainage hole before watering. If present, water thoroughly and let excess water drain. If there is no drainage hole, add water sparingly and slowly, avoiding any pooling at the bottom. Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent mix when repotting. Water less often when the soil takes longer to dry.
🌡️ Temperature & Humidity
Enjoys normal indoor temperatures and dry to average household humidity. No misting is needed. Keep away from frost, cold drafts, and cold window glass.
🌱 Care Level
Moderate — needs plenty of light and careful watering, especially if the bowl has no drainage hole. Check the soil before adding water.
🐾 Pet Safety — Depends on Plant Selection
Safety for cats and dogs depends on the succulent varieties included. Some succulents are non-toxic, while others can be harmful if eaten. Keep the arrangement out of reach until each plant has been identified, and contact your veterinarian if your pet chews or ingests an unidentified plant.
⚠️ Things to Watch For
-
Soft, translucent leaves or mushy stems may indicate excess moisture.
-
Stretched growth may indicate insufficient light.
-
Wrinkled leaves can signal thirst, but check the soil before watering.
-
Check between leaves and around plant bases for mealybugs.
